I won't be back!!

Food
At the beginning, they offer a dish of traditional Chinese snack - peanuts. Basically everything is just very normal and I am here mainly for dim sum lunch.

i) Signature dish - Roasted Big with Minced Prawn
I came to Sun Tung Lok because I saw a talk show introducing this dish.
The pork skin was kinda a bit too crisy that it turned out a little bit hard. The meat is a bit fat (fat means good) which I like it so much. It's juicy, the pork oil mixed with the minced shrimp that made it not too try to eat like some other roasted pork.

ii) Traditional dim sum - Shrimp Dumplings
The flavor is good and shrimps are fresh. Pretty good.

iii) Steamed Egg Rolls
The egg rolls are soft and sweet. They are full of "real eggs" flavor instead of artifical.

iv) Tradition dim sum - Shrimp Rice Noodles
The rice noodles are soft and the shrimps are fresh. Good

v) Abalone Chicken Pastries
They are not good. Not recommended. The patries are a bit soggy.

vi) Chef Recommended - Stuffed Crab Shell ; HK$180 (around that, don't remember clearly)
Inside the crab shell are chicken, onion and mushroom bake with cheese. (I guess there is some diced crab meat, can't really tell). The flavor is very strong which I can't even taste the crab at all!!! Definitely won't order again!!

vii) Chef Recommended - Stuffed Conch ; HK180 (around that, don't remember clearly)
This is again, Curry chicken and onion baked with cheese. I am sure that there isn't any conch meat inside. well, I would say the conch is only a decoration that the restaurant trying to scam more money with it!!! Won't order again!!!

Conclusion
The service is pretty good that and there is plenty of space between tables.
This lunch => HK$870 (10% off as I paid by a Hang Seng Credia Card)

I won't be back as the dim sum varieties aren't as many as other chinese restaurants and the food is not as delicious as mentioned in some blogs written by celebrities.

WHY would I pay more for a lunch here?
